DONATE TO OUR "MIRACLE MUTTS"

Our "Miracle Mutts" program changes the world for desperate dogs who are most at risk.  These dogs, who are in danger of euthanasia for various reasons, are rescued throughout Desoto, Manatee & surrounding counties.  When a sick or injured dog arrives at animal services, the county does not usually have the funds or resources for treatment so rescue is needed.  This accounts for over half of our major medical cases.  The remaining dogs come from families who are unable to afford the life-saving care needed.  Each dog we save receives love and is treated by an incredible team of veterinarians who are always there when we need them for emergencies.  Our "Miracle Mutts" may require extensive diagnostic testing, surgery and/or days of hospitalization.   Many of these dogs need an orthopedic surgeon to repair their broken bones followed by 8 weeks of recovery and rehabilitation.  Once they receive clearance from their doctor, we seek their "Happily Ever After" with a forever family.
